1. Labhrófar Gaeilge amháin – Irish to be the sole language spoken
2. Meas ar a chéile agus ar an bhfoireann – Respect each other and staff at all times
3. Meas ar an láthair fisiciúil – Respect for the physical environs
4. Cosc ar Thobac, ar Vape-áil, ar alcól, ar dhrugaí. – All mind-altering substances prohibited
5. Cosc ar bhulaíocht de shaghas ar bith – Bullying of any type prohibited
6. Fanacht ar na suíomhanna luaite – Stay within specified areas
7. Cosc ar chaidreamh doimhin románsúil – Serious romantic relationships prohibited
8. Fón ceadaithe ag tréimshí sonraithe amháin – Mobiles used only at specified times

   – Meitheal reserves to send a student home for failure to abide by the rules. Parents must arrange for collection of the student within 24 hours of being informed of the expulsion.

  Rialacha na Gaeilge

1. Má labhraítear Béarla, tabharfar rabhadh agus déanfar nóta de – If English is spoken, a caution will be issued and incident noted. “Speaking in English” will be defined as the use of English words while not making sufficient effort to communicate as Gaeilge
2. Má tharlaíonn sé an dara uair, tabharfar rabhadh deiridh agus beidh ar an dalta glaoch abhaile chun an scéal a insint – A second incident will result in the student phoning home to relate the situation.
3. Má tharlaíonn sé an tríú uair, caithfidh na caomhnóirí slí abhaile a shocrú don dalta -taobh istigh de 24 uair. – A third incident will require the guardians to have the student brought home within 24 hours.
